Nurocoach is a national mental health practice, with physical office locations near Houston, Texas and Bryan-College Station, Texas and access via telehealth in 25 states. Our team provides expert diagnosis and holistic care for patients with psychiatric needs, recognizing that pharmaceutical solutions may be part of the treatment plan, but not the best fit for everyone.
Through our national network of experienced mental health professionals, we enable patients with challenges such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to speak to their coach as often as they need, from the comfort of home.
Nurocoach takes an integrated approach to patient care, using the best treatments from conventional and alternative medicine. We provide medication management services as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other resources to optimize the effects of prescription drugs. We also encourage patients to consider a full spectrum of treatments to improve their lives, and are always available to help you consider options, tradeoffs, and financial implications.
In addition to talk therapy, the Nurocoach care team considers and recommends innovative treatments such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Spravato®, as well as sleep hygiene and nutritional consultations.
Nurocoach is passionate about providing access to care during the current shortage of mental health professionals and normalizing mental health care for all, especially for underserved populations, males and LGTBQ communities. We provide treatment involving proven and innovative mental health therapies when pharmaceuticals may not be an option.
